The vote phase is designed to prioritize the topics everyone has added. Doing this will us to sort in the discussion phase by the highest voted topics. To vote use the plus minus on the bottom of each topic. Add a vote by clicking the plus (+) on the bottom of each topic or take a vote back by clicking on the minus(-).

ScatterSpoke will automatically assign a number of votes per person based on how many topics are in the retrospective. If you want to change the number of votes each user gets the facilitator can change it by click set vote count.

Voting is also done privately from the other team members like the reflection phase. The facilitator can see how many votes each participant has added so they can help encourage everyone to spend their votes.

After prioritizing topics it's time for the facilitator to move onto the discuss phase (or jump to any phase by clicking directly on it).
